I already have a rolling pin, but how cool is this?!?!?! It's in my latest issue of Real Simple.
It's a rolling pin that comes with these little discs you attach to the side to help you roll your dough out to exactly 1/16 inches, or whatever measurement your recipe calls for. I mean, how many people do you know who can really eyeball their measurements to 1/4" thick??? Not me, I always pull out a ruler to make sure. It comes with 8 discs (2 of each measurement-one for each side) in 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8". I also love how it has marks on the rolling pin so you know how wide your dough is. Next time you need a 12" round/1/4" thick pic crust, you will wish you had one of these!!! :)
