By the way, since this IS a cooking blog and all...

the best feature about this computer is that it's so smart that you can have a recipe brought up and it will read it outloud to you as you are cooking so you don't have to keep running over to your computer to see what to do next!!! It also has an awesome recipe organizing feature that I would LOVE to try out!! Here's a sneak at how I usually bake--and where my laptop sits. Do you think I need this new awesome HP Touchscreen?????? :)
